TERMS OF SALE

Cody Hunt Gear (collectively, “Cody Hunt Gear” or “we“), may make products available to you for purchase through our website (“Site“). Your purchase of any products through the Site is governed by Terms of Service these Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale“), and are incorporated herein by reference.

You are agreeing to the Terms of Sale by making a purchase on or through our Site. 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time and in our sole discretion, so please review it frequently.

  1. Pricing, Shipping, and Availability

 

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and taxes, shipping and handling charges are additional. All items are subject to availability. A product appearing on the Site does not guarantee that product’s stock or availability. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you when the order is received that of the delay in shipping your order.  If the product is no longer available, we may have to cancel a placed order, and you will receive a refund. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. Errors & Omissions

We have taken reasonable efforts to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website; however, we do not represent or warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is error-free. In such an event, we reserve the right to revise your order accordingly (including the price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

  1. Payment

Payment will be taken and processed by PayPal as directed on the Site. By submitting an order through the Site, you authorize us through PayPal to process your payment and store other related information.

  1. Promotions, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Promotions:

Cody Hunt Gear sales and coupon discounts (“Promotions”) are valid only on purchases of in-stock products during the specified time.  Promotions do not apply to preciously purchased items.  Cody Hunt Gear reserves the right to change or modify Promotions at any time.

Returns or Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at tom@codyhuntgear.com or during business hours Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM MST at (303) 227-9815.

  • For a refund, items must be returned to Cody Hunt Gear within 60 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unworn and in a salable condition. A credit of the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Refunds will be completed according to PayPal policies.
  • For an exchange, the following process is followed:
  1. A new order is placed for the new item and a charge to your credit card or PayPal Account is processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when the new order is placed.
  2. Authorized return merchandise is accepted, processed, and a credit of the purchase for the original item (shipping excluded) will be issued in the form of the payment method used for the original item.

 

  1. Limited Warranty

The product comes with a two (2) year warranty for any workmanship defects in your Cody Hunt Gear purchase. This warranty applies to consumer use only for the original purchaser and is null and void if the product is used in a manner it is not intended for.

This warranty does not cover any defect caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.). Snags, tears, stains, pilling, discoloration, deterioration, burns, or damage from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Cody Hunt Gear will repair or replace the product as provided under this Warranty. If no such item is available, a refund for the full purchase price of the original item will be issued at Cody Hunt Gear discretion. Repair, replace, or refund shall be the only remedy of the consumer. Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
